For in the World Net Daily article, "Tom Cryer won a criminal jury trial against U.S. IRS in that the jury acquitted him of two criminal counts. "In the article "Cryer told the WND the underlying issue is not that complicated."

Cryer stated "The Founding Fathers intentionally restricted the taxing powers of the new federal government as a measure of restraint on its size. By exceeding that limited taxing authority the federal government has been able to obtain resources beyond its intended reach, and the money has enabled the federal government to exceed its authority."

The World Net Daily article, by Bob Unruh, stated "The jury in U.S. District Court in Louisiana voted 12-0 to find Cryer, of Shreveport, not guilty of failure to file income taxes for two years. He had been indicted in 2006 on charges of failing to pay $73,000 to the IRS in 2000 and 2001. The next step in his personal case will be up to the IRS and prosecutors, if they choose to continue the issue."

In the WND article "he said multiple Supreme Court opinions have affirmed an individual's ownership of his or her own labor, and "exercising your fundamental rights" is not taxable. It is definitely a trade. What most people receive in the form of wages, salaries or in my case fees that they personally earned for their labor is not received in exchange for nothing."

Cryer "warned without a restoration of Constitutional basics, the nation is lost. Read your Constitution and you will see that the federal role does not include ANY authority to regulate or tax any citizen directly and that WE expressly reserved the right to rule and govern ourselves as States, not as mere political subdivisions."

Cryer said "The Constitution does not allow the government to run your lives, but the money it is stealing from millions of Americans is the fuel for its over-reaching and kibitzing. Take the money back and we and our states and communities can again be free"

NATIONAL JOURNAL'S JULY 17,2007, RANKINGS STILL HAS NO #1:The #1 Ranking is 23%, NONE OF THE ABOVE NINE REPUBLICAN CANDIDATES

The National Journal in their July17, 2007, "White House 2008 Rankings: The Republicans", points out all the same details that are in my book"Grass Roots Co-President's Campaign, Create 2,500,000 Disciples of America."It says that a majority of republicans are dissatisfied with the current nine candidates.

The National Journal states "There's still no number one in our rankings. No one deserves the front-runner label." They show a 23% in the #1. position, No One, None of the Above.

And why shouldn't we be dissatisfied? As there are no God-fearing real Republican candidates who are genuine and truly care how the middle class and non-wealthy live. Cheryl, at the Ingles South Carolina grocery store yesterday, stated "she would like to have these politician candidates like Romney, Giuliani,Thompson and McCain have to live on $35,000 per year. She was laid off from her accounting job because of her age and could only find re-employment at only 1/2 (50%) of her previuos job. Of course, Romney who is worth $500,000,000 ( yes that's 500 million dollars) and Giuliani takes $250,000 to $300,000 for every one of his 911 speeches, which is a fraud. Recently the International Association of Firefighters have tried to get the truth out on Giuliani. Giuliani is not a conservative, "but a New York liberalized attorney dressed up in drag!"

I asked Romney today at the Beacon Restaurant , here in Spartanburg, South Carolina, "How are you going to get Gas Prices down for South Carolina and all the rest of the fifty states?"

He responded "About the Oil Companies have a tough time and that we did need to become energy self sufficient." But we have known that we have needed to become energy self sufficient, energy independent for the past 37 years since 1970.

Why have we not done anything? Why are we now paying 450% more for gasoline here in South Carolina and rest of 49 states since May 2003?

I can tell you why as the Oil Companies along with our "Do Nothing Congress and former oil executives now running the Executive Branch have let the Oil Companies' Executives do anything they want!" By God, if you have the stamina to commute a lawyer, Scotter Libby, "VP Cheney's baby Boy", then you certainly should have the fortitude to commute, immediately Pardon these two innocent Border Patrol agents. "The Laws Are Not On Our BOOKS to Protect "Drug Smugglers" for whom tons of illegal drugs were found in this smugglers' contents and possessions." As he, the "drug smuggler" got his due process in the confrontation with the two Border Control Agents as he was trying to smuggle illegal drugs into our Country!

If you do not have the God-fearing fortitude and stamina to fully Pardon these two Border Control Agents, "I guarantee you, Mr. President, they will be given a Full Pardon in January 2009!" But I sincerely pray you will give this very serious situation your earnest deliberation.

You know when my spouse died of liver cancerat an early age of forty, I really didn't understand.

However, God does have a Plan for each of us in this earthly world. Approximately four years later, God brought a devout Christian lady into my life.

God blessed us with the Godly Holy Matrimony of marriage and were married in mother and stepfather’s church in Atoka, Tennessee. I wanted God to bless us with children, if it was God’s will. And as you can see, our two children got all their beauty and good looks from their Mother, Janneth. That in the Bible, from Ruth 4:13, “So Boaz took Ruth, and she was his wife: and when he went in unto her, the Lord gave her conception, and she bare a son.” The Lord gave her conception; here Ruth had been childless during her marriage to Mahlon. Here is the true Biblical meaning, as all our children are gifts from God. This needs to be reemphasized in our modern world. I know God gave us our children just as in yours; all our gifts come from God just as our children are our most precious gifts. Maybe God will bless Janneth and I again, and we can have another child, maybe in Washington, if it is God’s will. You know I am always astonished by the word of God; I get excited, I get nourished, I want to give all my obedience and be committed daily to a communion with the Lord. When God promised Abraham and Sarah a child, you have to be astonished for Abraham who was 100 years old and Sarah about 85 in years! What a magnificent feast before the Lord for God to grant conception to Sarah and for Abraham to become a father at 100 years old. God has blessed me also with the gifts of having children in my older age, and the blessed gift from our Holy Father of being an earthly father again. May God Bless all of you parents in America, and may God send Jesus to walk with you daily; and may he bless you and lead you to seriously think about becoming one of the two and one-half million disciples we wish to organize for America.

DIS...OR EN...COURAGEMENT

It is so very easy for us to become discouraged. The vagaries of life with unexpected disappointment, pain, and suffering batter against the walls of our lives like hurricane driven waves. We hope and wish for outcomes that never seem to come to fruition.

It is then, at the point where the circumstances of our lives seem dire that the true test of our faith is waged. The enemy whispers in our mind words of fear, hopelessness, and regret. He bludgeons our emotions with the weapon of discouragement. Dis – courage – ment. He comes to steal our courage. If he can rob us of our will to hold fast to God’s promises, he can weaken our faith and eventually steal our power.

Ah! But we have a source of infinite strength upon which to draw if we but cry out for help. “For in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us” (Romans 8:37). The verse continues to enumerate all the circumstances and challenges. He will help us to overcome but how are we to access this power? Faith.

We all have faith. The question is what are you putting your faith in? Your strength, your talents, your circumstances, your looks? What is real faith anyway?

“Faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction (evidence) of things not seen”
(Hebrews 11:1). To see how that looks, read the whole chapter, the ‘Hall of Heroes’ of faith.

Simply put, the antidote to dis-courage-ment is en-courage-ment found in the promises of His word and through prayer and the answers He gives us through it. We must be willing, however, to wait for Him to act, to tough it out, never losing hope or surrendering our faith to discouragement. “Wait for the Lord, be strong and let your heart take courage, yes, wait for the Lord.”

We choose how we view the conditions we confront. The choice determines our experience and usefulness in this life. There is a simple formula for applying faith:
C + P = E. Circumstance (C) plus Perspective (P) equals Experience (E).

Who are you going to listen to? What lens will you view the circumstances of your life through? Abraham Lincoln said, “A man is as happy or unhappy as he makes up his mind to be.” We determine who we heed in our thoughts. Do you choose to entertain doubt, discouragement, fear or hope and certainty that God is working in our best interests?

“For I know the plans that I have for you declares the Lord. Plans for welfare and not calamity to give you a future and hope. Then you will call upon Me and I will listen to you” (Jeremiah 29:11-12).
