v 1. My U. S. Whistleblower Environmental Writ of Certiorari # 01-2219 filed with Court in February 28, 2002 ; now some 5 ½ years up at U. S. Supreme Court
v 2. My Writ of Cert # CAO-2000-1096 from North Carolina Supreme Court
v 3. My Writ of Cert # 05-5589 FROM THE 6TH CIRCUIT, MEMPHIS DIVISION WESTERN DIST TENNESSEE ON CRIMINAL STARVING TO DEATH OF MY MOTHER, FILED WITH U.S. SUP 02/28/2006 against Tenn. Attorney Gen Summers, Germantown Properties Inc., William Cole and Janice Harden on criminal Institutionalizing Dorothy Sanders Craig against her Will, starving her to death and criminal felony death of said Dorothy Sanders Craig on July 11, 2004
I deeply need your help as I am a dutifully God-fearing American Citizen and a God-fearing South Carolinian I ask you,

Why will you not subpoena Chief Justice Roberts and U. S. Attorney General Gonzales to your Committees?

Is it still possible to obtain a fair hearing for a common Citizen?

What do you advise me pursuant to a fore mentioned concerns and their timely resolution? I do expect you to provide me with a responsible response. As since the U.S. Supreme Court takes three months vacation every year, they have been on vacation for 1 ½ years since my U.S. Environmental Whistleblower Lawsuit Writ Of Certiorari # 01-2219 has been up at their Court.
That the U.S. Supreme Ct. ruled in starre decisis , U.S. Supreme Ct. Federal Precedent in January 2000 , justices ruled 7-2 in which Justice Rehnquist was in the seven majority that Environmental Citizens, Whistleblower suits must be allowed to bring forth witnesses, evidence, testimony, in U.S. Federal District Court to try to prove their Case! (CWA , NPDES mercury poisoning case of January 2000 Friends of The Earth , v. Laidlaw Environmental Services ( TOC ) Inc. , U.S. S. Ct. 693 (2000 ) Appeal No. 98-822 )
